If you like coffee, dogs, drag queens, lifting heavy things, talking music recs, or threatening to elope every time someone mentions chair covers—we’re probably going to get along.
While I’m based in Bethlehem, I photograph weddings all over the Lehigh Valley, Philly, Jersey, and wherever else your weird, wonderful love takes you.
Whether you're exchanging vows under string lights in your friend’s backyard, hiking up a trail for your ceremony, or keeping it chill with a courthouse elopement and dinner after—I’m in.
If you’ve got a vision (or absolutely no clue what you're doing yet), I’ll help you sort it out and photograph the whole thing the way it actually felt.
I don’t do this just for fun—I do it because it matters.
The right photos can remind you how your love felt. And yeah, we’ll get the “camera-aware” stuff your parents want, but most of what I’m capturing is in-between: the glances, the nerves, the belly laughs, the moments that turn into memories before you even realize it.
No stiff poses. No fake laughs. Definitely no small talk about the weather while your mom’s fixing your boutonniere for the third time.
I’m not here to make your day look picture-perfect—I’m here to freeze the moment your mom buttons your dress with shaking hands, the way you squeeze each other’s palms during vows, and the dance floor chaos that erupts the second Mr. Brightside plays.
If you're into that, you're exactly who I do this for.

“Nicole is not only amazing at what she does behind the camera but she’s a bright light that makes you feel comfortable to be around! I could not recommend her more for any of your photography needs. We are SO happy with all of our photos we’ve received and the memories we’ve made thanks to Nicole!”
“Nicole made our engagement photos and wedding photo session SO fun and relaxed. We immediately felt like we’ve known her forever.”
This whole thing started in my grandpa’s basement. He had a darkroom—one of those old-school setups with the red light and the smell of chemicals that stuck to your clothes. He documented everything. His kids, his grandkids, messy birthday parties, crooked smiles, quiet Sunday mornings—moments most people wouldn’t even think to save.
Some of my favorite memories of him are his photos.
They’re how I remember the way our family felt. And they’re what made me fall in love with the idea of capturing something real and holding onto it.
Fast forward to the pandemic, when I was still working full-time as a personal trainer and, like everyone else, wondering what the hell am I doing with my life? Out of nowhere, a couple I’d taken prom photos for years ago asked me to shoot their wedding. That moment flipped a switch. Full-circle. Heart-thumping. Scary—but right. I said yes, shot the wedding, cried while editing, and knew I’d found what I was supposed to be doing.
Nicole Acasia Imagery officially came to life in 2021. What started with me saying yes to one couple has grown into something deeply personal—a way to connect with people, document love in all its forms, and create the kind of images that outlive us all.
From My Grandfather’s Darkroom to Your Wedding Day
Nicole brought so much positive energy to every event and always made me feel like I was a celebrity, even though I had absolutely no prior experience being in front of the camera.
The turn around time for photo galleries was always quick. In fact, most times I would receive preview photos almost immediately following an event. This showed how invested Nicole was in her work and made it feel as if she was as excited to share her photos as I was to receive them. I could go on and on recommending her, but in short- I promise you will not be disappointed if you pick Nic!”

What It’s Like to Work With Me
I don’t just show up on your wedding day—I’m in it with you.
I’m Type A with a Type B vibe—and that’s the sweet spot.
I’ll keep your timeline tight, your inbox answered, and your drunk uncle away from the mic (unless that’s your vibe). I’m the person making sure you eat something, hype you up when you’re doubting your outfit, and shut down your aunt Karen (nicely, but firmly) when she tries to take over.
Need help wrangling groomsmen? I’ve got it. Want five quiet minutes to breathe before walking down the aisle? I’ll make it happen. Need someone to whisper “don’t punch him” when your uncle brings up politics during portraits? That’s in my job description.
Your day isn’t a performance, and I’m not the director yelling “action”—I’m the quiet, steady presence making sure you actually get to live it.
Think you're “awkward” in front of the camera?
NO PROBLEM.
And that’s exactly why I use real prompts (not “now look lovingly at each other for eternity”) so you actually feel like yourself. The goal isn’t to pose you—it’s to photograph you the way your people see you when they love you the most.
This space is safe, affirming, and built on the belief that love is for everyone.
Queer love, messy love, late-bloomer love, second-chance love, we’ve-been-through-some-shit love. If it’s real, I’m here for it. No tokenizing, no weird energy—just respect, celebration, and photos that reflect you without apology.
You don’t have to code-switch, shrink, or explain yourself here.
Come exactly as you are. That’s the version of you I’m here to celebrate—and that’s the version that deserves to be remembered.
